Doll Dressing Workshops
Mrs Tiggywinkle is pleased to invite you to come and learn the art of dressing 12th scale dolls in period costume in her own workshop. From June we will be able to offer select courses for up to 6 people in our own well equipped workshop.
Treat yourself to a few days away from the distractions of everyday life, in the company of friendly like minded people, meet up with old friends and make new ones.
Choose from an array of dolls and costumes, from different periods in history, to suit all skill levels. All materials and tools are provided, along with expert tuition, plus tea and coffee and a light lunch to enable you to concentrate on the important things, having fun and doll dressing
Come and join us in the peaceful village of Donisthorpe just 2 miles from junction 11 on the M42.
Workshops run from 9.30 to 4.30 (with breaks for teas, coffees and lunch) and cost £30 per day + the cost of the kits you choose to make (prices from £28 to £48)
Accommodation
A limited amount of free overnight accommodation is available on a first booked bases in our comfortable twin bedded bedroom or I can supply a list of local professional B&Bs and hotels. Of course if you live locally you are welcome to travel in to us on a daily bases.
Food
Teas, Coffees and a sandwich lunch are included in the price of the course. Evening meals will usually be brought in and paid for on an individual bases (bring your own drink).
